Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting to assigned space.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Cleaning all areas of kitchen, including cold storage coolers and freezers, and all prep tables.
Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
Storing deliveries under direction of Line Cooks.
Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
Following prep lists created by Line Cooks.
Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
Assisting Line Cooks in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that arise.
Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
