Responsibilities and Duties
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care
- Teaching adaptive skills
- Support wellness activities
- Facilitate community participation
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Update team leads and case mangers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus!
- A passion to help others
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Unwavering patience
- Willing to travel
- Valid MN Driver License and Insured Driver
- Must pass a background check & comfortable with DHS fingerprinting
