Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Shifts: 12-hour shifts
Position: LPN or RN – Floor Nurse
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
What you’ll do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
- Collaborate with LNAs, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents
What we’re looking for:
- Current LPN or RN license
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Commitment to providing excellent resident care
