Job Overview
Looking to fill a position Tuesday through Saturday for a 7pm - 3am Late Night Dishwasher / Porter. This dish position is in support of two restaurants in a very busy kitchen. We have multiple dishwashers throughout the day and night, but this opportunity is specifically to be the closing dishwasher. We need someone with night energy that is willing to be the last one out the door, leaving the kitchen spotless for the next days morning crew. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dish stations, sinks, shelves, and surrounding areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- General cleaning and organization of back of house areas.
- Help sorting flatware and plate, and placing them in the proper stations.
- Maintain our outdoor trash and mat storage.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently, including taking trash to dumpster, keeping linens organized, and sorting glass appropriately.
- Deck brush, and mop all floors in the kitchen and dish area.
- Assist team with additional nightly tasks.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
