CSE Software Inc. is a privately held, woman-owned custom digital solutions provider that has been delivering results since 1990. We are seeking a full-time Support Analyst to join our Peoria, IL team and help provide responsive, high-quality technical support to our customers.
Position Summary
The Support Analyst provides technical support for desktop applications and PC environments while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to troubleshoot issues efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting PC software and desktop applications

Previoushelp desk or technical support experience

Working knowledge of PC operating systems

Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft products is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
