Richmond, Indiana | $115,000-$130,000 + 10% Bonus

We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company seeking a Plant Operations Manager to oversee multiple functional areas while developing the next generation of plant leadership.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving plant performance, coaching managers, and leading change—not simply maintaining daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead production and plant operations across multiple departments
- Coach and develop front-line managers and supervisors
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Improve plant performance through KPI management and employee engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Engineering
- Lead projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
✔ Manufacturing operations leadership experience
✔ Experience managing managers
✔ Track record improving plant performance
✔ Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
✔ Experience working cross-functionally throughout manufacturing operations
Food or beverage manufacturing experience is required.
Compensation
- $115,000-$130,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus

- Exceptional candidates may be considered for a Senior-level position with increased compensation.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
