· As Schrader & Company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Remodeling Consultant / Project Planner to join our award-winning team.
· This is more than a traditional sales position. It's an opportunity to build trusted relationships, guide homeowners through one of the most significant investments they'll ever make, and play a key role in planning successful remodeling projects.
· Working closely with our designers, project managers, and skilled craftsmen, you'll meet with homeowners, develop project scopes, prepare estimates and proposals, and help ensure every project is thoughtfully planned before construction begins.

You'll join a collaborative team of designers, project managers, skilled craftsmen, and administrative professionals who share a commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional client experiences. What You'll Do
· Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their vision, goals, and lifestyle
needs
· Develop project scopes, preliminary budgets, estimates, and proposals.
· Guide clients through the planning and pre-construction process with confidence and
professionalism.
· Collaborate with designers, project managers, and trade partners to develop successful projects.
· Prepare scopes of work and coordinate project details before construction begins.
· Build lasting client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
· Ensure a seamless transition from planning to construction.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience in residential remodeling, construction, estimating, or project planning.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Confidence discussing budgets, timelines, construction methods, and project scope.
· Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or scopes of work.
· A consultative approach focused on listening, educating, and guiding clients.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
