One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a strong maintenance leader to support its overnight operations. This person will play a key role in leading maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, and ensuring facility systems operate safely and efficiently within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting automated production equipment and facility systems.

Previous leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians, mechanics, or skilled trades personnel.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.

Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and driving corrective actions to improve reliability.

Proficiency with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation.

Experience supporting operations within a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor include:

Lead and support overnight maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions to production.

Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements.

Drive equipment reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvements, and maintenance best practices.
