Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Specialist:
- Engage with customers to provide information on AT&T wireless and internet services
- Answer questions and guide customers through available service options
- Assist with new account setup and service enrollment
- Ensure all customer information is entered accurately and efficiently
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction after setup
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence in all interactions
- Stay up to date on current services, promotions, and offerings
