We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent service.
Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.

Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.

Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple tables during peak hours.

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience (2 years minimum) in a fine dining or nightclub setting is required.

Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
