Job Description:
As a Warehouse Worker at XTECH, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by receiving, storing, picking, and packing products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanner to track and locate inventory
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Check and receive inbound shipments
- Perform shipping and receiving duties efficiently
- Sort boxes and match with packing lists
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum 5 years of recent forklift and warehouse operation experience
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklift, cherry picker and safety protocols
- Current certification to operate forklifts required
- Reliable, punctual and excellent attendance record
- Always keep a high level of attention to detail
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment
Physical Requirement:
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with the proper equipment more repeatedly throughout the day
