About Us
JAM Nutrition & Wellness is a virtual private practice providing one-on-one medical nutrition therapy across
Washington, Arizona, and 10 additional states. We specialize in weight management, GLP-1 support, blood
sugar management, heart health, menopause support, cancer treatment support, and preventative care. We are
in-network with most major insurance plans and handle all credentialing for our providers.
The Role
We are looking for a contract Registered Dietitian to see patients via telehealth, develop personalized nutrition
care plans, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary care model. This is a flexible contract position where you
set your own schedule. We handle credentialing, scheduling, and intake.
Requirements
- RD/RDN with CDR in good standing
- Washington State CD credential required
- Must be located in Washington State
- Experience in weight management, GLP-1
support, or chronic disease nutrition preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual
environment
- Reliable internet and a professional workspace
