Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Wellness Together, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partners with schools statewide to increase access to mental health services for students and families. By collaborating with universities and graduate programs, Wellness Together provides cost-effective "turn-key" social-emotional interventions on school campuses across California.

Work Hours: Part-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

Location: On-campus at assigned school site(s)
As a Mental Health Specialist, you will:

Provide individual and group counseling to students

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources
-
Facilitate mental health workshops for students, staff, and families
-
Maintain documentation aligned with HIPAA & FERPA guidelines
-
Currently enrolled in a graduate program (practicum/internship placement required)

1-2 years of experience in mental health (preferred)

Familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluency in a second language is a plus!
