Roofscapes NW is a family-owned roofing company serving homeowners throughout the greater Puget Sound area. We are growing our production team and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship.

Position Responsibilities
As a member of our roofing crew, you may assist with:
- Asphalt shingle roof installations
- Standing-seam metal roofing
- TPO, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Tear-offs and material removal
- Roof decking and wood replacement
- Flashing, ventilation, skylight, and accessory installation
- Jobsite preparation and cleanup
- Loading, unloading, and organizing roofing materials
- Documenting work and communicating jobsite concerns
- Following company installation and safety procedures
- Will-Call or Material PickUps and Returns
- Work related errands
Work assignments will be based on your experience, abilities, and training.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are dependable and arrive ready to work
- Has an active, non suspended Drivers License
- Clean driving record
- Can provide 2 valid forms of Identification
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Are comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Can perform physically demanding work, including lifting roofing materials
- Are willing to follow fall-protection and jobsite safety requirements
- Can work well with a crew and follow instructions
- Take pride in completing clean, professional work
- Are willing to learn different roofing systems and installation methods
- Have reliable transportation to our shop or assigned meeting location
Previous roofing or construction experience is REQUIRED/ Compensation and responsibilities will be based on experience and skill level.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Roofing schedules may vary depending on weather, project needs, and travel to jobsites throughout the Puget Sound area. Applicants must be available for early morning start times and occasional schedule adjustments.
