Overview
We are seeking a part time seasonal server to join our dynamic team at Convito. This position could also supplement by working in our gourmet market or becoming a shift leader.
Responsibilities
- General Server Position
- Potential Customer Service Sales Associate to work in our gourmet market
- Potential Shift Leader to help be an assistant manager on some shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Food handling knowledge to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Great time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Ability to build rapport with guests, demonstrating strong guest relations skills.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
