About the Job:
As our Social Media & Community Engagement Marketing Specialist, you'll help transform executive expertise into engaging digital content while building relationships with prospective members through social media, direct messaging, email, and other digital channels.
You'll be responsible for creating meaningful interactions that educate prospects, strengthen trust in the CEDR brand, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role combines creativity, communication, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
In this job you will:
- Manage and grow CEDR's presence across social media platforms through engaging, educational content.
- Build relationships with prospective members by responding to comments, messages, and other digital interactions.
- Nurture marketing-qualified leads and connect them with the right resources—or the sales team when they're ready.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to repurpose webinars, podcasts, blogs, and other content into compelling social campaigns.
- Use HubSpot and marketing analytics to track engagement, identify content opportunities, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Help shape future marketing efforts by sharing insights from prospect conversations and engagement trends.

As our perfect match you:
- Bring 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Enjoy building relationships and creating meaningful conversations that educate and engage prospective customers.
- Are an exceptional written communicator who can adapt messaging across multiple social media platforms.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- Enjoy collaborating with executive leadership while confidently managing projects independently.
- Are comfortable using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Have experience with HubSpot or another CRM, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
- Are familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Learn new technology quickly and are comfortable working across multiple marketing platforms.
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering value are part of the culture.
- Can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
