We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic team, bringing expertise in various aspects of construction and renovation. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of painting, carpentry, and finishing tasks on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your hands-on experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation will ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties
- Perform residential and commercial painting using airless paint spraying, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to achieve flawless finishes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Conduct plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry to enhance building aesthetics and durability.
- Utilize power tools, welding equipment, masonry tools, and hand tools for framing, concrete finishing, masonry work, and fixture installation.
- Assist with renovation projects by performing demolition, framing, drywall installation, restoration work, and remodeling tasks.
- Apply industrial painting techniques on large-scale surfaces while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support construction site operations by maintaining equipment, managing materials like scaffolding or scaffolding components, and ensuring safety compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning within residential or commercial settings.
- Extensive hands-on experience with construction painting—including airless spray systems—and surface preparation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic diagrams related to various trades such as carpentry or masonry.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and experience working on active construction sites.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized machinery for diverse construction tasks.
- Background in renovation projects involving plastering, stucco application, caulking, fixture installation, and restoration work.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations; prior handyman or maintenance experience is a plus.
