Job Overview
Arseas Security Services is currently seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Armed Security Officers to join our growing team throughout Georgia. We are hiring qualified officers for Roswell, GA and Warner Robins, GA
The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and maintain a visible security presence.
· Monitor and secure property, employees, clients, and visitors.
· Observe, identify, and report suspicious activities or safety concerns.
· Prepare accurate daily activity reports (DARs) and incident reports.
· Respond professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
· De-escalate situations using sound judgment and effective communication.
· Enforce client and company policies while maintaining professionalism.
· Monitor and authorize access to restricted areas.
· Respond to requests for assistance and provide support when needed.
· Remove unauthorized individuals or trespassers when required.
· Maintain constant awareness of surroundings and potential risks.
Required Qualifications
· Must be at least 21 years of age for armed security positions.
· Must possess a valid Georgia Armed Security License (Blue Card).
· Must own a duty weapon and required duty gear.
· Minimum one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred/required.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Reliable transportation required.
· Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
· Strong report-writing skills.
· Basic computer and smartphone skills required.
· Must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods.
· Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
· Must pass a drug screening as permitted by applicable laws.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· CPR/First Aid certification.
· Ability to work flexible schedules, including:
o Days
o Nights
o Weekends
o Holidays
