HOTWORX Sioux Falls is hiring an outgoing, motivated part-time Fitness Sales Associate who enjoys meeting new people, following up with leads, and helping others begin their fitness journey.
This is a sales-focused position—not a traditional gym front-desk role. You will actively connect with prospective members, schedule and conduct studio tours, sell memberships and retail products, and help create an exceptional experience for our members.
What You’ll Do
- Contact new leads by phone, text, and email
- Schedule and conduct studio tours and free workout appointments
- Recommend memberships based on each guest’s goals
- Meet individual and studio membership sales goals
- Sell fitness merchandise and support monthly retail goals
- Welcome members and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with member onboarding and retention
- Create social media content and promote studio events
- Build local awareness through community outreach, partnerships, and events
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio

Previous sales, customer-service, fitness, retail, hospitality, or social-media experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time schedule averaging 10–25 hours per week
- Evening availability is required
- Must be available to work some Saturdays
- Sundays off
Studio staffed hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits
