My First Peekaboo Ultrasound is a warm, welcoming studio providing elective prenatal ultrasounds for families. Quantum Synergy Solutions expands women’s wellness with radiation-free breast screenings and other services in the same supportive space. We believe in offering “ultrasound on your terms” — convenient, patient-centered imaging (breast wellness, prenatal, thyroid/small parts, vascular when available, and other allowable no-referral screenings) outside the traditional hospital setting.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a flexible Per Diem / Part-Time RDMS Sonographer primarily for prenatal abdominal OB and breast ultrasound exams. This is ideal for an experienced professional seeking supplemental income with a light, predictable schedule in a low-stress, patient-centered wellness environment.
Schedule (Stacked Appointments for Efficiency):
- Primary: Tuesdays 10 AM – 4 PM in New Berlin (starting every other Tuesday, scaling to weekly as volume grows)
- Primary: Thursdays 12 PM – 6 PM in Racine area (as volume allows)
- We are flexible on days and hours (e.g., earlier start times or alternative days) to accommodate the right candidate. Schedule confirmed based on appointments — no pay if not scheduled.
Pay:
$42 – $50 per hour with 3-hour minimum guarantee per scheduled block (based on experience and certification). This provides reliability while we ramp up volume in our startup phase.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality abdominal OB (prenatal) and/or breast/small parts (including thyroid) ultrasounds.
- Deliver excellent patient comfort and experience in our elective/wellness setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with our team on image quality and patient flow.
Qualifications:
- ARDMS certification required (OB/GYN or Breast specialty required; both strongly preferred).
- Experience with prenatal anatomy/growth scans or breast/small parts imaging (candidates strong in one area with willingness to quickly develop the other are encouraged to apply).
- Preferred: Experience or willingness to perform vascular ultrasounds once equipment is acquired (we’ll support growth into vascular and other modalities).
- Current CPR preferred.
- Independent, compassionate, and efficient with time management.
- Comfortable in a growing elective wellness practice.
