Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards across various environments
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and custodial responsibilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
