Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns to promote new products, special offers, or store events
- Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and marketing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support business development efforts through proactive outreach and relationship building with local clients or partners
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for engaging diverse customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales can be an advantage for understanding complex product features
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
