Job Summary
We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Back Team Member to join our bubble tea shop. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking and baking.
No work experience necessary, but you do need some experience in cooking and/or baking at home. This position is ideal for creative individuals with some experience in cooking and baking , even at home.
Work Days / Hours: Thursday - Sunday; 8 am - 2pm
Duties
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items (portion control and consistency).
- Able to prep, cook, or bake from recipes and instructions.
- Maintain health and safety guidelines including store processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices.
- Monitor food stock supplies inventory.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain organized, clean and focused.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
