Attention IN- HOME sales professionals. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Design Consultant specializing in Shower and Bath solutions to join our team! In this role, you will be the go-to expert for clients seeking high-end shower and bathtub designs, guiding them through the entire remodeling journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will help customers envision their perfect space while providing exceptional service that drives sales and builds lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their renovation needs for showers and baths
- Create detailed layout designs using design tools to visualize custom shower and bath solutions
- Conduct in-home product demonstrations
- Upsell premium products by highlighting their benefits, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Previous In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to close sales effectively
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction standards, and maintenance considerations for bathrooms preferred but not required.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of client orders. Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
