Job Duties:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and HVAC Systems
- Experience with chiller and boiler maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs is desired but not required
- Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices
- Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE
- Keeping appropriate records and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a HVAC Technician
- Valid drivers’ license
- Computer literacy EPA Universal certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
