Real Estate Development company in Bridgehampton is seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper to assist and manage multiple commercial and residential construction projects and associated accounts.
Responsibilities include total management of:
· Accounts Receivable
· Accounts Payable
· General Ledger
· Trial Balance
· Purchase Requisition
· AIAs
· Light Administrative Duties (answer phones, filing, supply ordering)
Required Skills & Education:
Excel, Word, Microsoft Office365, OneDrive, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage and AppFolio or other property management software experience is a plus.
Accounting degree preferred but not necessary.
Ideal candidate: Strong, Highly Organized, an excellent communicator, autonomous, with solid business experience. This is a full-time position within a rapidly growing company located in West Palm Beach.
Salary is based on experience, paid time off, health insurance, FSA and 401K.
