What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and executing evidence-based treatment plans
- Writing clear evaluation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP team meetings and contributing to educational planning
- Providing direct therapy and consultative support for students
- Guiding classroom staff on strategies to support student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with district and legal requirements
