We host a variety of events including local bands and DJs, traveling performers, fundraisers and private banquet events. Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, bar surfaces, sinks, and storage spaces in accordance with food service bar safety compliance standards
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from guest areas efficiently to ensure a tidy environment
- Handle manual lifting of heavy supplies such as kegs, cases of beverages, or bulk ingredients safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth venue beverage service and uphold excellent customer service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially within bars or catering settings
- Familiarity with venue beverage service and bar cleaning routines is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and engaging positively with guests
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently is required
- Previous experience working late hours is beneficial
