Maintenance Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center in Aliquippa, PA. As a key member of our facility's leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the facility
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and prioritize repairs and maintenance needs
Develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with the facility's overall goals and objectives
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
