Job Description: Gutter Technician
Brief Summary:
● Reliable, work in a team environment, able to delegate responsibilities and teach coworkers, troubleshooting, good communication, attention to details and great organizational skills. Motivated to learn, grow, and excel in opportunities given.
Responsibilities / Task:
● Able to lift 50lbs unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb and stand on ladders throughout the day. Perform jobs with various cordless tools and equipment.
● Install gutter systems, including gutters, downspouts, corners, and various gutter guards.
Perform basic tasks to complete the entire job from start to finish.
● Ability to use standard measuring devices to conduct measurements.
● Lead a team of 2-3 workers, plan out each job according to the quote, delegate crew responsibilities.
● Meet with homeowners and business owners at the start and completion of each job to complete a thorough walkthrough.
Requirements:
● Experience: Gutter installation experience preferred but not required. 1 or more years in leadership experience
● Clean Drive Record
● Pass Drug and Alcohol Test
