Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.

Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.
Skills Requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate

Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.

Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.

Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.

Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.

Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.
