Join our dynamic team as a Plumbing Installer, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems. Duties
- Install and replace residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters, and softeners).
- Perform installations for specialized projects like water heaters (tank & tankless), re-piping (copper, PEX, CPVC), and gas line installs.
- Test and inspect all completed work using pressure gauges to guarantee leak-free, high-quality results before leaving a job site.
- Maintain a clean and respectful workspace inside our customers' homes and businesses.
Requirements
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in plumbing installation (residential or commercial).
- Driver Requirements: Must be 25 years of age or older (required for placement on our commercial auto insurance policy) with a valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Skills: Solid understanding of local plumbing codes, pipe fitting, and installation of major fixtures.
- Mindset: Honest, professional, and a great communicator. We treat our customers like neighbors, and we expect our installers to do the same.
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy fixtures, work in tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics), and stand/kneel for extended periods.
- Tools: Must have basic hand tools (drivers, impact, channel locks, etc…)

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
