ICON Equipment is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform in-depth diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of construction equipment. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with diesel engines and other construction equipment components.
- Perform in-depth maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery, including excavators, Boom lifts, loaders, Telehandlers more.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary parts and manage inventory efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
- Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, particularly with construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine components, repair techniques, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
