Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write detailed repair orders, accurately estimating costs for services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, alignments, performance services, dyno tuning, and fabrication
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, mechanical issues, and recommended repairs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle inspection findings to enhance customer safety and satisfaction
- Coordinate with parts departments to ensure timely availability of necessary components for repairs
- Provide clear explanations of repair procedures and estimates to customers, fostering trust and transparency
Experience
- Proven dealership experience as an Automotive Service Writer or similar role in auto service management
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and mechanical systems including transmissions, air brakes, shocks & struts, wheel alignments, suspension components, and aftermarket parts
- Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with service technician workflows is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in auto estimating software and automotive service writing tools
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with inventory management in an automotive setting
- Knowledge of automotive performance, motorsports, fabrication, tuning, and detailing is highly desirable

Pay: $50,897.37 - $80,930.16 per year
