About the Role
pWin.ai is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to help execute marketing programs at the intersection of AI, enterprise SaaS and government contracting.
This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who can create strong content, coordinate campaigns, support events and partnerships and help communicate technical product capabilities in a clear and compelling way. You will work closely with company leadership, Sales, Product and Customer Success to increase awareness of pWin.ai, support pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with customers, partners and the broader GovCon community.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized project manager who is comfortable working in both a fast-paced startup environment as well as an excitingly competitive market. This role will contribute to marketing strategy while remaining heavily focused on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, customer engagement and pipeline generation.
- Draft, edit and publish marketing content, including articles, executive thought leadership, customer stories, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, website copy and sales collateral.
- Translate complex topics involving AI, government contracting, proposal development, security and compliance into clear, credible and engaging content.
- Manage and maintain the company’s editorial and social media calendars, including regular content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Support the development of executive and subject-matter-expert content by conducting interviews, organizing source material and turning ideas into polished written assets.
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, trade shows, customer events, partner programs and industry association activities.
- Help develop event messaging, presentations, promotional materials, email communications and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Support partner marketing initiatives with strategic partners, industry organizations and complementary technology providers.
- Work with Sales to develop presentations, one-pagers, competitive materials, customer proof points and other resources that support prospect conversations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer outcomes, testimonials and use cases that can be developed into marketing content.
- Coordinate website updates and help ensure company messaging, product information and marketing assets remain accurate and current.
- Assist with basic visual content creation using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint or similar platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video clips, webinar recordings or other multimedia assets for digital marketing channels.
- Monitor competitor messaging, market developments and GovCon industry trends and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Track campaign activity, content performance, event engagement and other marketing metrics. Including via normal web channels and emerging AI channels.
- Maintain organized marketing files, campaign records, contact lists and project timelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, designers, writers and event vendors as needed.
- Help establish repeatable marketing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation tools.
What We’re Looking For
Key Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, product marketing, demand generation or a related marketing role.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for executives, customers, prospects and industry audiences.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats, including articles, email campaigns, social media, customer stories, presentations and sales collateral.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their business value in clear, accessible language.
- Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Customer Success and company leadership.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, website content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of presentation and visual-content tools such as PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe products.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, drafting, content repurposing and marketing operations while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Hands-on operator who is willing to manage both strategic assignments and routine marketing execution.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a startup or growth-stage environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Excited about AI-driven products and their application to complex, regulated and high-value business workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, workflow automation or other B2B technology products.
- Familiarity with government contracting, federal acquisition, capture management or proposal development.
- Experience supporting webinars, conferences, trade shows or field marketing programs.
- Experience developing customer case studies, executive thought leadership or technical content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
- Basic video-editing, graphic-design or multimedia-production experience.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and website-content best practices.
- Strong preference for candidates in the DC/VA/MD area who can work in a hybrid model from our Tysons office approximately four days per week.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
