Dynamic Therapy is hiring a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is committed to providing high-quality, student-centered speech and language services in the school setting.
As a school-based SLP, you will support students with communication needs by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with school teams, families, educators, and related service providers to help students access their education and thrive academically, socially, and functionally.

Responsibilities
The School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist will:
Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments as needed.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and/or group settings.
Support students in the areas of articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and functional communication.
Collaborate with teachers, families, school leaders, special education teams, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, progress meetings, and other school-based team meetings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including therapy notes, progress reports, evaluation reports, and service logs.
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches based on data and student performance.
Provide consultation and strategies to teachers, staff, and families to support carryover in the classroom and home environments.
Follow federal, state, district, and company guidelines related to special education services and documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Current or eligible Georgia SLP license.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, CCC-SLP, preferred.
Clinical Fellows may also be considered.
Experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of IEP development, school-based therapy, documentation, and special education processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage a caseload, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality services.
Commitment to student-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care.
Preferred Skills
Experience providing school-based speech therapy services.
Knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
Ability to write strong, measurable IEP goals.
Experience with documentation systems, service trackers, and progress monitoring.
Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
