Barista – Premium Neighborhood Market & Café (Bel-Air)
Pay: $18–24 per hour DOE + Tips

Jayde's Market is a premium neighborhood market, café, deli, bakery, and wine shop serving the Bel-Air community. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Barista who takes pride in crafting exceptional coffee and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service.
- Operate commercial espresso equipment and maintain beverage quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee bar.
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the café and market team as needed while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications

- Minimum one year of recent barista experience required.
- Experience using a commercial espresso machine.
- Ability to steam milk and prepare espresso beverages consistently.
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend and early morning availability required.
