We are launching a dedicated Vehicle Buyer Center and are looking for a motivated, high-energy professional to help us acquire quality pre-owned vehicles directly from private owners.
This is a performance-driven, phone-intensive role focused on prospecting, follow-up, and setting appraisal appointments. If you enjoy working the phones, staying organized, and being rewarded for your results, this is an excellent opportunity in a fast-paced automotive environment.
What You’ll Do:

Make high-volume outbound calls to service customers, past customers, and private sellers

Follow up with internet leads and online vehicle listings (Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, etc.)

Set and confirm appointments for customers to bring in their vehicles for appraisal

Communicate consistently through calls, texts, and email

Track all activity and appointments in CRM

Work closely with management and appraisal teams to help purchase vehicles

Meet daily activity goals and monthly performance targets
What We’re Looking For:

Strong phone presence and confidence making outbound calls

Competitive mindset with the ability to stay persistent despite rejection

High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
-
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured environment

Experience in automotive sales, BDC, inside sales, telemarketing, collections, or customer outreach preferred

Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required — training provided
