We are looking for a motivated and passionate Culinary Manager Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and training in all aspects of culinary operations, including food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Training: Participate in training sessions to learn about food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and menu development while actively working alongside experienced culinary staff.

Food Preparation: Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring that high standards of quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.

Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to assist in menu planning and recipe development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest feedback.

Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels by assisting with ordering supplies, tracking ingredient usage, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.

Quality Control: Monitor food quality and safety standards, adhering to health regulations and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Staff Supervision: Learn to supervise kitchen staff during shifts, offering guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to provide information about menu items, gather feedback, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Operational Support: Assist with maintaining kitchen equipment and addressing any maintenance needs to ensure a safe and functional workspace.

Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a culinary role, such as a lead cook or line cook, is preferred but not required.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our restaurant operates seven days a week.
