Position Responsibilities:

Review and verify case file status using legal databases and records systems.

Organize and maintain paper and electronic case files.

Protect sensitive and confidential records.

Track file status and support records inventory activities.

Assist with records transfers and archival projects.

Provide backup receptionist support when needed.

Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case management tasks

Hourly Rate: $22.23, PTO, Health Insurance

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
