Lab Dynamo (labdynamo.com) is a growing lab and health tech company based in South Florida. We develop specialized software solutions and provide operational support for clinical laboratories and functional medicine practices.
We are seeking a reliable Onsite IT Support Technician to deliver technical assistance across our internal team and client lab environments. This role focuses on endpoint hardware and peripheral support, including PCs, printers, scanners, and common office systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac workstations
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, label printers, and multifunction devices
- Perform OS updates, driver installations, and basic application support
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN basics)
- Conduct routine system maintenance, hardware upgrades, and imaging/reimaging of endpoints
- Provide clear technical guidance to lab and administrative staff
- Log support activities and maintain accurate equipment inventory records
Requirements
- 1+ years of practical IT support experience in a professional environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Proven experience with peripheral hardware configuration and printer/scanner support
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel onsite within the Delray Beach / Palm Beach County area
- Solid problem-solving skills with a patient, service-oriented approach
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with lab or healthcare office environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, wireless troubleshooting)
