MAB Community Services is looking for a Day & Employment Relief Specialist to provide flexible support across our adult day and employment programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working in the community, and making a direct impact supporting adults with disabilities.
You’ll step in where needed to support individuals in day programs, community activities, and employment settings—helping build skills, independence, and meaningful connections. You’ll work closely with a supportive team while adapting to different environments and schedules.
Provide direct support and coverage across multiple ADS programs
Support individuals with daily activities, community participation, and job-related skills
Assist at job sites, volunteer placements, and community outings
Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and positive work habits
Complete basic documentation and communicate with team members
Provide transportation to program and community activities
Meaningful, hands-on work that makes a difference

High school diploma or HiSet required; related experience preferred
Experience supporting adults with disabilities is a plus
Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between program sites
