As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers in the residential market, promoting AT&T’s wireless products and services. Every AT&T Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers in-person to promote and sell AT&T wireless products and services as an AT&T Sales Associate
- Educate each customer on wireless plans, devices, and promotions to find the best fit for their needs
- Demonstrate strong sales techniques and confidently guide customers through the purchasing process
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals as an AT&T Sales Associate
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, services, and wireless promotions
- Accurately process customer enrollments and maintain detailed records
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy in every customer interaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions
- Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed in a sales environment
- Confidence working in fast-paced, in-person sales settings
- Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and growth
- Ability to quickly learn wireless products and sales strategies
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
