Job Summary
We are seeking a full time Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to join our team. We are a small surveying FIRM located in the Texas hill country near Canyon Lake. In this role, you will ensure that all survey work adheres to the legal standards and specifications set forth by the state of Texas. Your expertise in land surveying will be essential in delivering accurate topographic maps, boundary surveys, As-built surveys and more. Remote options with negotiable salary, PTO and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Review research, field work data and CAD work
- Oversee various survey projects
- Work with a team to provide professional surveys to clients
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with up to date licensing requirements in the state of Texas.
- Must be experienced in land surveying practices including boundary surveys, metes and bounds, ALTA, elevation certificates, tree surveys, construction staking and topographic surveys.
- Some experience in fieldwork.
- Some experience in CAD software is a plus.

- Have the ability to communicate through phone calls, text messages, google meet, zoom and or email.
- Access to a printer/scanner (one can be provided)
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
