What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations
- Educate customers and confidently recommend solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Keep accurate service records and job notes
- Maintain safety standards in homes and on the road
- Be part of a team that takes pride in their craft
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years HVAC service and/or installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical + refrigeration)
- EPA Certification (or willing to obtain immediately)
- Customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Own basic hand tools (we provide the big stuff)
Work Area
- Local service area – typically within 30 minutes of Havertown
- No crazy travel. Be home at a reasonable time.
