Pay range: $109,250 - $177,530 / year

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Oversight of workflow and daily operations of Central Pharmacy Services (Distribution/Non-Sterile Compounding)

Lead, direct, and implement change initiatives

Educate, teach, and coach pharmacist and technician staff

Perform ongoing evaluation and feedback of both pharmacist and pharmacy technician direct reports

Provide direct patient care and staffing responsibilities as needed

Rotating leader on-call responsibilities
To supervise and evaluate pharmaceutical services in an assigned area. To ensure pharmacy operations conform to all applicable internal and external regulations, are fiscally sound and promote quality patient care. Provides pharmaceutical care as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
