Teller Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Teller to join our banking team. Part time teller 3 days a week and 2 Saturdays a month. Must be flexible to cover shifts for sick days and vacations.
Drug test, background check and credit check are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions and inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
- Experience in banking and financial services
Ability to manage cash effectively and utilize financial software.
