WHICH PAY TIER DO YOU QUALIFY FOR?TIER 1 — $19/HR + COMMISSION
BDC Representative
Best for candidates with strong transferable experience:
- Customer service, collections, call center, or phone sales experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Competitive, dependable, and coachable
- No automotive BDC experience required
Bring the right attitude and ability — we'll teach you the automotive side.
TIER 2 — $20–$21/HR + COMMISSION
Experienced Automotive BDC Representative
You should have:
- Previous automotive BDC or dealership experience
- Automotive CRM experience
- Experience handling internet leads
- Proven appointment-setting and follow-up skills
- Understanding of appointment, show, and sold goals
- Consistent performance in a high-volume environment
TIER 3 — $22–$23/HR + COMMISSION
Senior / Elite Automotive BDC Representative
This level is for proven producers with:
- Strong automotive BDC experience
- Proven appointment and show performance
- Advanced CRM and lead-management skills
- Excellent objection handling
- Ability to take customer TOs
- Ability to assist and coach newer representatives
- A history of consistently hitting or exceeding BDC goals
$23/hour is reserved for candidates who can demonstrate high-level automotive BDC performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work dealership internet leads
- Make outbound calls and texts
- Conduct customer needs analysis
- Set and confirm dealership appointments
- Overcome objections and close for the appointment
- Follow up with unsold opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Protect confidential dealership and consumer information

ENHANCED PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
Our BDC team has access to dealership systems and sensitive consumer information.
Because of the level of trust and access associated with this position, final candidates must successfully complete applicable enhanced pre-employment screening, which may include:
- Identity verification
- Enhanced criminal background screening
- Employment/reference verification
- Employment-purpose consumer/credit screening
- Confidentiality and data-security requirements
Screening is conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Pay: $19–$23/hour + commission
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Fernandina Beach, FL
Work Setting: 100% In-Office — Not Remote
Schedule: Must be available for assigned schedule, including Saturdays when scheduled
