We're seeking an HR Operations Coordinator who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through operational excellence. In this role, you'll support critical HR programs and processes, including HR systems administration, benefits, immigration coordination, compliance, and employee data management. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll help ensure our people have the resources, support, and information they need to thrive throughout their careers at Fehr & Peers.

Benefits Administration Support
Immigration & Work Authorization Support
Coordinate immigration-related billing and documentation, including reviewing attorney invoices for accuracy, tracking expenses, and supporting timely invoice approval and payment processes.
HR Operations & Compliance
Reporting & Analytics Support
Compile and prepare workforce data and metrics related to headcount, turnover, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience coordinating employment-based immigration or work authorization processes.
- Experience in the AEC industry.
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications.
