Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic roadside assistance team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient recovery operations. Your expertise in automotive knowledge and towing equipment will be essential to deliver prompt and professional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle inspections prior to towing to assess mechanical condition and ensure proper handling.
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other lifting devices when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities, including logs, incident reports, and vehicle details.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks and related equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 Years Towing experience required.
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed or wheel-lift models.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Skilled in conflict management, customer service, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and tow truck operation is highly preferred.
